| Lake Hope
Main Class B Campground
This beautiful 192-site campground nestled
among the forest is suitable for tents or trailers. The campground
includes heated showerhouses, pit latrines, picnic tables, waste disposal,
laundry facilities, and fire rings. 46 sites have electricity and pets
are permitted. Sites 109 and 114 are now "small group" sites and cost $25/night. These sites offer more space for groups. There will be an additional $1.00/night/site camping fee for Friday & Saturday nights from Memorial Day-Labor Day. Friday and Saturday nights of summer holiday weekends will have a $2.00/night/site additional fee.

| RENT-A-CAMP,
An exciting camping alternative allows novice campers or seasoned veterans
to enjoy the fun of camping without the hassle or expense of dealing with
the equipment. Rent-A-Camp, a time- tested favorite at 33 state parks,
provides campers with a spacious lodge style tent complete with two cots,
two sleeping pads, a lantern or electric lights, and a large capacity
cooler and propane stove. The campsite features a picnic table sheltered
by a canopy along with a fire ring for fun around the campfire. Reserveable

Two CAMPER CABINS
can be reserved by calling 740-596-5253, up to one year in advance.
Size: 12'x12', 3 windows, locking door. Cabin includes AC, heat, two
bunk beds,
sleeping pads, small refrigerator, propane stove, camp light, table, fire
ring and new covered porch and interior carpet. |

Lake Ridge Group Camp, a
secluded area ideal for large organized groups such as scouts.
Picnic tables and pit latrines available. Water now supplied to
group camp area! Shower facilities can be used in the Class B Lake Hope
Campground.

| *A maximum of six persons are permitted per campsite. Dump
station use is free of charge to all registered campers. *Pet camping is available at any camping site (except RENT-A-CAMP and CAMPER CABIN) at Lake Hope State Park. A maximum of two pets per site is permitted. Ohio State Parks requires pets to be on a leash at all times. No pets are permitted in cabins or lodges. |
